New Delta Initiative will Protect Government Establishments, Tackle Corruption, Advocate for Good governance, Development
The Woman Leader of a frontline development and good governance advocacy group, New Delta Initiative, Mrs. Promise Uyanwanne urges Deltan’s to protect government developmental projects.
Speaking during a meeting of the group in Warri, Delta state, Mrs. Promise noted that protecting government infrastructures will result in general benefit.
She warned against activities capable of defacing the aesthetics of the cities around the state, adding that NDI is prepared to partner with reputable organization, law enforcement agencies to sanction anyone, group of persons, organisations whose activities is capable of Puting the state into disrepute.
She noted that corruption amongst public servants, school principles, head teachers and other public officers is affecting Delta state negatively.
