Three Togolese arrested for entering Nigeria illegally
TRACKING___Operatives of the Oyo State Command of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), have arrested three Togolese who entered Nigeria illegally.
The suspects identified as Commando Kwasi, Eberivie Isiaq and Kemi Terivie said to be a mother of one, escaped the border patrols from the Republic of Benin and travelled through Saki to Iseyin on Tuesday April 28.
They were arrested at Odo-Omu in Iseyin community of Oyo state, after arriving Nigeria for the new farming season. This is coming after the federal Government of Nigeria announced a total blockade of the country’s borders following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
