Tinubu Gains Obaseki loses out As Abba Kyari Passes On

TRACKING________The chief of staff to the president, Abba Kyari passed on yesterday due to complications from the deadly coronavirus.

The high profile death from the ravishing disease has brought to fore the importance of a good and functional health care system which we completely lack today in Nigeria.

Life goes on, that is the bitter truth and painful reality.
As we mourn the departed we look forward hopefully to the unpredictable future.

With the death of Abba Kyari, the political landscape of Nigeria would drastically be altered. Abba Kyari was so powerful and according to Aso Rock sources he is arguably the head of the Mythical CABAL.

We all would be deluding ourselves if we say we are not interested in who takes over from Abba Kyari or who are the POLITICAL losers and top gainers from his demise.

The battle for 2023 reared its head earlier this year when the media was awash with news of the dethronement of Adams Oshiomhole as the national chairman of APC.

It was the major trend for the first quarter of the year and so many permutations where deduced from the whole saga.

Many said it was the battle for 2023 while others said Oshiomhole had stepped on so many toes with the last school of thought attributing the Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki behind the travails of the National Chairman.

So who are the top gainers and big losers from the demise of Abba Kyari?
Top on our list is Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu the Jagaban of Nigerian politics and National Leader of APC.

Tinubu in all fairness has paid his dues politically, he has sacrificed a lot to see to the total crowning of APC as the biggest party in Africa. Tinubu started the sacrifices right from his days as Lagos State Governor.

It was expected that 2023 would be the year he would be rewarded with the presidency of the federal republic of Nigeria.

Recently it was alleged that Abba Kyari’s turn around ambition to become the president threw the camp of Tinubu into deep confusion.

Abba Kyari saw himself as a successor to Buhari and quietly started making moves to put the right measures in place to achieve his 2023 presidency.

With Abba Kyari out of the way, Tinubu has a strong chance of penetrating the cabal.

Boss Mustapha the secretary to the Federal Government is another strong member of the MYTHICAL CABAL who is closely associated with Bola Tinubu.

It is whispered in some quarters that he might likely be the running mate to Asiwaju Bola Tinubu in 2023 presidential elections.

How Obaseki became close to Abba Kyari is still very hazy to our reporters but close observations from the body language of Obaseki and the murmurings of Obaseki’s cyber media bullies clearly showed Obaseki fitted into Abba Kyari’s 2023 presidential ambition.

From close observations, it was clear it was trade by barter between Abba Kyari and Obaseki.

It was as simple as that.

Obaseki was so confident that Abba Kyari would help in pushing Oshiomhole out of the way as APC national chairman.

Like earlier stated we are at a loss how Obaseki became close to Abba Kyari, our findings on this are strictly on observations from the political camp of Obaseki.

When the lingering battle was ongoing between Obaseki and Adams Oshiomhole the media aides to Obaseki were busy hyping the political worth of the chief of staff to the presidency, Abba Kyari.

They mocked at Oshiomhole and wondered how he would scale through without the support of Abba Kyari who they claim has vowed to deliver Obaseki as the APC flag bearer.

Well, all that is history as Oshiomhole is seated comfortably as the National Chairman of the APC and would obviously serve out his tenure peacefully.

As at the time of writing this Obaseki had already commiserated with the departed chief of staff.

Obaseki has since sent his condolences through his official twitter account.

According to him “I received the news of the death of Mallam Abba Kyari with a heavy heart. We have indeed lost a rare gem.
As Chief of Staff to President @MBuhari, Mallam Abba Kyari commanded great influence that made him a rallying point for key policy decisions. He would be missed greatly.

Obaseki’s messages seem to be the first to have poured in from anybody or group of persons.
