Popular American rapper, Torrence Ivy Hatch better known by his stage name, Boosie BadAzz has been arrested by Federal Agents.

The rapper was arrested after a court hearing in San Diego, California, on Wednesday.

Boosie BadAzz was in court for a gun case that was later dismissed.

However, he was arrested on another legal issue by agents in the courtroom immediately after the gun case was wrapped up.

The circumstances that led up to the arrest have not yet been revealed as this is not the first time the rapper is being arrested.

Taking to his official Twitter handle to react to his arrest, Boosie BadAzz tweeted: “I WANNA TAKE THIS TIME TO APOLOGIZE TO MY KIDS, IM SORRY AND I LOVE YALL FOREVER.”

Track news recalls that Boosie BadAzz was sentenced to four years in prison for drug and gun charges in 2009 and was released in 2014.

In 2016, he was arrested again for possession of a controlled substance.

He was released on bail and the charges were later dropped
