TRACKING >The International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Nigeria, Bayelsa state Chapter paid a courtesy visit to Rt. Hon. Tonye Emmanuel Isenah, Speaker Bayelsa State Household Assembly.
Chairperson, Tariere Egbegi while stating the purpose of their, informed Mr. Speaker of the forthcoming FIDA Week slated to hold on September.
Tariere Egbegi also told Mr. Speaker that FIDA Bayelsa want him to be the Special Guest of Honour for the FIDA Week.
She further solicite and seek for support from Mr. Speaker on the planned FIDA Week.
In his response Mr. Speaker accepted the request to be the Special Guest of Honor and promise to give his little assistance for the FIDA week.
Mr. Speaker also use the medium to discussed on other issues as it concern the inequalities and challenges faced by the female gender.
Members of the FIDA delegation are Tari Temekitin, Chairperson FIDA Week Planning Committed, Boma Mebai, Past Financial Secretary, Dobra Pretty-Gee, Assistant Welfare Secretary.
Others are Esther Ebimoghan, Member and Umoh Godslove, Member.
