The Governor of Kano State, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has said that among all the Presidential candidates scheming to clinch the number nation seat, only President Muhammadu Buhari was truly a serious contender who means well for the nation. “President Buhari is the only presidential candidate who means serious engagement for the country, among all other contestants for the next year’s presidential election.”, Ganduje insisted. Ganduje swore to God that,”none of the presidential materials will keep to his words about repositioning Nigeria than Buhari, which they are using to blackmail the President “.
He made theclaim when members of Ganduje/ Gawuna Strategic Awareness Forum paid a solidarity visit to him in his office yesterday evening, urging them to embark on a massive and aggressive campaign to garner more support for the President in their various places of work and businesses. “If you look at it very well, you will come to clearly understand that President Buhari, because of his genuine care and concern for the country, he is doing all that is possible to develop the country from all fronts. He, as I normally say, loves Nigeria more than the way he loves himself,” Ganduje reiterated.
While urging Nigerians to assess Buhari’s performance in all the areas he (Buhari) identified as regime’s key priorities, he pleaded that, “At whatever length you may measure it, our able President Muhammadu Buhari did well, is doing and will continue to do well in the areas of security, agriculture and employment, among other areas. Efforts must be geared towards making all rooms to allow President Buhari embarrass all other opposition parties during the forthcoming presidential poll.” Ganduje showcased Federal Government interventions in the areas that were hitherto nonexistent, dilapidated, wearing ugly faces and above all, rubbished by maladministration, as he observed.
