Former Manchester United captain, Gary Neville has tipped Manchester City to see off Real Madrid in their Champions League semi-final tie.

City face holders Real in the first leg at the Bernabeu on Tuesday night.

Pep Guardiola’s side go into the game in fine form after winning 10 consecutive Premier League games.

Real are now third in LaLiga after losing two of their three league fixtures.

Despite their contrasting form, Neville feels the semi-final tie will be a close affair.

Neville tweeted: “Not sure I agree they will blow them away in Madrid but think they could at the Etihad.

“I think City will win over the two legs!”
