Adeleye Kunle Reports

Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni, has tasked youth to always have the interest of the state at heart, TrackNews Nigeria reports.

The governor in a statement via his media aid, Mamman Mohammed, gave the charge when he received members of the Buni/Gubana Women and Youth Network, who paid him a courtesy visit.

He told the visiting youth that, “You are the leaders of tomorrow, you should develop the spirit of patriotism and selflessness to the state and country.”

Gov. Buni commended the network for the show of love and concern to his government and state.

Co-ordinator of the Network, Hajiya Mairiga Umar, described Governor Buni as the most youth and women friendly governor in Nigeria.

She said the essence of creating the network was to appreciate the gesture of the governor to women and youth in the state through dedication and selfless service
