Yusuf Lasun, the Labour Party’s Osun Gubernatorial Candidate, has expressed concern about gunmen breaking into his home.
On Monday morning, Lasun issued a tweet warning that armed men were shooting sporadically in his home in Ilobu, Irepodun local government area of the state.
The attack’s aftermath
Track News has learned that the gunmen launched the attack around 2 a.m.
“Just in: gun men in uniforms are currently in my residence shooting sporadically…” said Lasun in his distress message.
Lasun, a former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, attended the Channels Television Governorship Debate on Sunday night.
