People’s Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar has arrived Maiduguri, the Borno capital.

Atiku was in Damaturu, Yobe State capital earlier today for the North East campaigns ahead of the February 16 presidential election.

Hundreds of party supporters are seated at the RAMAT Square waiting for his arrival.

Earlier, speculations were rife in Maiduguri that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) government might deny the PDP the opportunity of holding its presidential campaign at the square which was used by President Mohammadu Buhari on January 21 for the APC campaigns.
