He said, Bayelsa State is blessed, that is why we are moving from glory to glory with vibrant and outspoken speakers, quoting from the recent past speaker Rt. Hon. Kombowei Benson, who is another embodiment of Intellectualism and luminary in the field of speakership, today in the 6th assembly he has given birth to another articulate and intelligent speaker of RT Hon. Tony Isenah.
Hon. Collins prayed for more wisdom and heavenly protection to be upon our brand new speaker in other to succeed over his reign.
