An Ilorin, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) arrested seven suspected internet fraudsters, TrackNews reports.
According to spokesman Wilson Uwujaren, they were apprehended at a hotel near a popular mall in the Kwara capital.
Two clerics and a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member are among the suspects.
According to the EFCC, the clerics were hired and lodged in the hotel to provide spiritual assistance to some of the alleged fraudsters.
The suspects have provided useful information and will be charged in court once the investigation is completed.
The anti-corruption agency advised young people to make hard work their watchword and to avoid corruption.

Bawa went on to say that while criminal activity may provide wealth in the short term, it will ultimately result in misery.
