Music Producer, Don Jazzy sent the internet into a frenzy after his BlackBox interview aired.
TRACKING____During his interview with BlackBox, Don Jazzy disclosed that he never wanted to sign the afrobeat star, Davido.
When asked for a reason by the Host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Don Jazzy said he didn’t want to sign Davido because he had money and didn’t really need his help.
He said he knew Davido was going to be huge in the music industry and he wanted to give others an opportunity to succeed.
“The only person I didn’t want to sign was Davido.
I didn’t want to sign him but I knew he was going to be huge.
They already have money,” he said jokingly.
We earlier reported that Don Jazzy regretted not signing, Simi, Teni, and Falz. Though the label boss gave his reason, it still came as a big shock to many that Don Jazzy never wanted to sign OBO.
