Ibekimi Oriamaja Reports

According to Pastor Enoch Adeboye, General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, he would have had 12 biological children.

Adeboye asserted that through the tens of thousands of churchgoers he referred to as his “spiritual offspring,” he was able to possess things that he was not biologically capable of.

The 80-year-old pastor said this on Saturday during the Holy Ghost Service of the church’s 70th Annual Convention. On the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, the RCCG International Headquarters is where the service took place.

As of Saturday morning, 67 infants—41 boys and 26 girls—had been delivered at Redemption City throughout the course of the one-week program, according to Adeboye.

Beginning on August 8 and running through Sunday, August 14, 2022, is the “Perfect Jubilee”-themed production.

After I lost my son Adeboye, some people teased me.
The RCCG is “a ministry where God multiplies and very soon, there would be nothing called barrenness in our midst,” according to the former mathematics professor at the Universities of Lagos and Ilorin.

As he asked attendees who had children within the previous year to leave the church’s new and ancient auditoriums, our reporter noticed that many parents danced forward with their kids to the altar areas.

Take a look at the houses where happiness has replaced sadness. Because my heavenly father loves children, I also do. Adeboye welcomed the women and their infants, saying, “If I had my way, I would have had 12 of my own, but what I couldn’t have biologically, I can now have.”

He said God asked him what he wanted for the church conference this year and he said God said babies. He claimed that God had promised couples 110,000 children if they waited.

Adeboye announced that the church would construct additional dorms before the next year to accommodate the increased number of believers attending this year’s convention.
