Ibekimi Oriamaja Reports
According to retired Major General John Enenche, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC) are “birds of the same feather.”
Enenche stated that he would not know who to vote for if the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, did not run in the 2023 elections.
He believes in Obi because he has seen him demonstrate integrity.
He insisted that if Obi wins the upcoming election, there will be a new Nigeria with a leader who listens.
“I see a new Nigeria through the current rebirth,” he says. The current movement involves several organs. Change in attitude, change in how the government handles public issues, change in every way. Why? It will be decided by the leadership. I see a new Nigeria emerging. We’re talking about a new Nigeria, a rebirth in which you listen to the people.
“Who are those who complained?” The number of people who complained on Twitter did not exceed 1,500, so if you look at the entire population of the movement that is going to join the Labour Party and see the principals listening to them, you will have a listening president, which is one of their complaints.
Now, more than ever, there is a need for more effective strategic communication. If that is done, I believe that the charter under which the Labour Party will operate will ensure that everyone matters in the incoming government.”
