A Nigerian politician and businessman, Prince Chinedu Munir Nwoko, popularly known as Ned Nwoko, has revealed that the death of singer Davido’s son remains a shock to him and his wife, Regina Daniel.
Nwoko, in his condolence message to the Adeleke family, said he was shocked because he knew how Davido dots affectionately on Ifeanyi and his wife-to-be, Chioma.
The politician further assured Ifeanyi’s parents of his family’s support during this difficult moment.
He wrote: ”Dear Davido. We are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of your beloved son -Ifeanyi. Regina and I received the tragic news with much shock and sadness, knowing your dotting affectionate love for your son and his mother, Chioma.
“As a cherished brother/friend, you are close in our thoughts and have our full support in this difficult moment.
“May God comfort you, Chioma and indeed the rest of your family, to bear this painful loss with courage and fortitude.
“Please accept our deepest sympathies as we earnestly pray for the repose of the beautiful soul of Ifeanyi.’
Nwoko has joined other politicians and celebrities like the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar; the Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi; Gov. Gbenga Oyetola of Osun State; Wizkid, Burna Boy, Comedian Ayo Makun, actor Williams Uchemba and Daddy Freeze to sympathise with the music star
