Angel Di Maria, Juventus’ new signing, has stated that he joined the club to win more trophies.
The Argentina international revealed this at his unveiling after completing a transfer from Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
Di Maria was introduced to the local media and stated: “Hello, everyone. I’m overjoyed to be able to wear this shirt. It’s fantastic to be able to join this fantastic club, and everyone welcomed me with open arms.

“I’m the same as always: the electric one who always wants to win and despises losing, this is the Di Maria who comes to Juve. I believe that is why I was apprehended: now it is critical to work, and as I have previously stated, things change quickly in football.
“I had planned to return to Argentina, but things change, so I’m staying calm and doing my best at Juve.”
In addition, he stated: “If you stick with an important team like Juventus for 40 days, it becomes difficult to say no. They waited for me after the French championship, when I was on the national team, and then I took a short break from answering due to family obligations.
“I wanted to take a short vacation before committing to this new adventure. I communicated my decision just before the holidays ended.
“I am a player who enjoys playing in any position, I enjoy being on the field, I have a strong personality, and I enjoy winning. The position I prefer is that of a right forward, who can enter and shoot left, but that will be determined by the coach.”
