In Taraba, 13 people are believed to have been killed, and many more have been abducted – See details

The latest gunmen raid in Taraba State is believed to have killed 13 residents from various communities.

Garin Gidado and Garin Kuka in Gassol Local Government Area were attacked between Friday night and yesterday morning.

The gunmen reportedly stormed the communities on motorcycles and began shooting at random.

Abdullahi Usman, the Police Public Relations Officer, confirmed the attack but said the command was on top of the situation.
