Oweilaemi Roland Peretubo has on behalf of Ijaw Youths living within and in the diaspora sends hearty felicitations and gratitude to the Governor General of Ijaw-Nation, Rt Hon. Henry Seriake Dickson on the auspicious occasion of his 54th birth anniversary.
