The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) scheduled the off-cycle governorship elections in Bayelsa, Imo, and Kogi states for November 11.
Voting concluded in certain polling units between 2:30 pm and 3:00 pm, with INEC officials promptly declaring results at the polling unit levels.
