Mohammed O. Taoheed reports,

Reports reaching Track News Nigeria has it that a Federal High Court in Abuja has rejected the extradition application filed by the Federal Government of Nigeria for the order to extradite Abba Kyari, a suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) to the United States of America (USA).

On the grounds that Kyari was already standing a criminal trial before a Nigerian court, Justice Inyang Ekwo, in a judgment on Monday held that the extradition application was an abuse of court process.
