The National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Iyiola Omisore, has arrived at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja ahead of the scheduled National Working Committee (NWC) meeting.
TRACKNEWS reports that Omisore arrived at the secretariat at exactly 11:20 a.m. and was greeted by a handful of party officials.
The meeting, which was initially scheduled for 12 noon, was however delayed.
Party sources hint that the embattled National Chairman of the party, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, will not be presiding over the meeting and that his resignation is expected to be announced.
Omisore is also expected to resign at the meeting.
