JUST IN: Gunmen Kidnapped 18 Lagos-bound passengers in Ondo

Minimum of eighteen passengers who were traveling to Lagos have been kidnapped by unknown gunmen in Ondo.

The passengers who were said to have been traveling in a Toyota hiace bus to Lagos was abducted by unknown gunmen along Idoani-ifira Akoko in the Akoko south-east Local government area of the state.

The passengers were said to have been paraded into a forest after their attackers ordered them out of the vehicle.

The incident took place at a failed section of the major road.

The divisional police officer for Isua Akoko, Hadeem sadiq comfimed the incident to reporters.
