JUST-IN: Multiple Explosions Rock Maiduguri On Election Morning

TRACKING>>Panic has Saturday morning enveloped the capital city of Maiduguri, Borno state, following invasion of some areas of the city by suspected Boko Haram terrorists with explosives.

At least from 5:15am to the time of filing this reports more than 8 loud explosions was heard from Polo and Damboa- Molai areas of the capital city which was followed by sound of artillery from the military.

While this is occurring when residents are getting ready to move out for the presidential and National Assembly election, the earthshaking explosions might keep some residents indoors until situation calms.

Nigerian Air Force fighter jet is also hovering the air, an indication that the Military is repelling the terrorist’s invasion.
