The Nigeria Army troops have killed 152 terrorists and destroyed over 100 bandits’ camps in the second and third quarters of 2022.

Mr. Samuel Aruwan, Kaduna State Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, stated this on Friday, during his presentation of security situation reports for the second and third quarters of 2022, to the Governor of the state, Malam Nasir El-Rufai.

Aruwan said that 152 bandits and terrorists were neutralized by ground forces around the state.

According to him, several bandits were killed during aerial assaults on identified camps and converging points, adding that 16 bandits and terrorists were killed in fratricidal clashes in Birnin Gwari and Chikun LGAs, just as over 100 camps occupied by bandits and terrorists were destroyed.
