Kano Gov. Abba Yusuf condemns killing of two Kano indigenes in Benue State vows justice.

Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State has condemned the gruesome killing of two young Kano indigenes, Barhama Suleiman and Jamilu Ahmad, who were attacked and murdered by unknown assailants in Makurdi, Benue State.

In a statement by his spokesperson, Sunusi Dawakin Tofa, the governor said efforts are underway to ensure the perpetrators are brought to justice.

The victims were reportedly profiled and attacked around 11:00 p.m. on Monday without any provocation. Governor Yusuf expressed deep sorrow over the incident and said the state government is committed to supporting investigations into the circumstances surrounding the attack.
