Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag is facing even greater concerns this week.

The Dutch coach has learned that defenders Luke Shaw and Aaron Wan-Bissaka are nowhere close to full fitness.

Per ESPN, Shaw could be out until at least the November international break at Old Trafford.

In addition, Wan-Bissaka has a serious hamstring injury that will keep him out for closer to two months.

United will have a few players back in the coming weeks, with Mason Mount and Raphael Varane in training.

Sofyan Amrabat, a summer signing, is another who should be fit in days rather than weeks.
