Mother beats her 7-year-old child to death in Delta

TRACKING___A 7-year-old boy has reportedly been beaten to death by his mother in Agbarha community, Warri South council area of Delta State.

The boy died on Monday night after being flogged by his mother till he collapsed. An eyewitness said;

“The mother punished the boy by asking him to ‘ride a bike’ (sit in the air) but the boy was too hungry to do it. She became very angry and flogged him until he collapsed and died.”

The Delta State Police command has confirmed the arrest of the woman over the sad incident.
