A Niger Delta Human rights activist, Comrade Sheriff Mulade has commended Governor Ifeanyi Okowa for the construction and maintenance of several roads in different part of Delta State, stating that the transformation of the roads will make movement easier when completed.

Comrade Mulade who is also Environmental activist appealed to security agencies to be more proactive and diligent with intelligence gathering so that security breach could be tackled before it becomes obvious.

He also urged leaders at various levels to extend good will and cheerful giving to the needy, adding that those experiencing difficulty to feed need to be assisted with food items so that the joy of the season can spread to even less privileged.

In his words; “I wish all Deltans a happy Christmas and new year in advance. I urge all our people to remain peaceful and law abiding, though many people are experiencing hardship and low-key Christmas celebration due to bad economy, we are hopeful that the clamour for good governance through our advocacies and programmes will usher in better times and a Prosperous New Year.
