The current running president of the republic of Uganda Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has finally reacted to the current general elections being carried out in the country.

According to the reports given by a trusted source, it has been reported that the president has claimed that he was going to concede defeat if he looses to any of his competitors.

However, it had been reported that the president gave this promise with a demand where he allegedly claimed that he was only going to let this happen or in other words concede defeat only and only if these elections were free and fair
