New leadership has been inaugurated to serve the people of Azuzuama Kingdom, inline with its year 2020 constitution as amended.
HRH. Foncha Ekeuwei, (Chief Ariwei), is now the Chairman, Council of Chiefs, and Acting Ibediwei of Azuzuama for the next two years, as Azuzuama is yet to have a substantive Ibenanawei of the Kingdom.
In the same vein, the following persons are also elected to serve as Community Development Committee (CDC) members of the Kingdom. They are:
>Mr. Tonyon David Igbei, CDC Chairman,
>Mr. Joshua Nichodimus, Vice Chairman,
>Mr. Tarilatei Matthew, Secretary and,
>Mr. Simeon Noah, Treasurer.
Similarly, Mr. Maccaulley Idahosa, is now General Secretary,
Mr. Andike Lokiri, General Financial Secretary,
while Mr. Peter Fikilebofa, is now the general Treasurer of the Kingdom.
In his handover speech at Azuzuama Town Hall, the immediate past Ibediwei of the Kingdom, (Chief Ongbeghe), HRH. Udoma Gbagbeghe Isedirikonghen, thanked God Almighty for seeing him through his tenure, and urged Azuzuama people to extend same cooperation he enjoyed to the new leadership.
The statement further urged the general public, particularly the government, multinationals, and all other relevant organizations to interface with the new leadership on official matters as it concerns Azuzuama Kingdom.
