BAYELSA CRISIS: BCF PETITION’S POLICE OVER IMPERSONATION.

Bayelsa state Comrades Family on Thursday petitioned CP Ben Okolo the commissioner of Police Bayelsa state over alleged criminal conspiracy and impersonation against the association by one Mr. Prince Oweibi and his colleagues who are parading themselves as executive members elect of Bayelsa state Comrades Family.

The petition dated 1st. November, 2022, a copy which was obtained by Track News correspondent prayed the police chief in the state to save the from”destruction being perpetrated by unruly members of the association”.

In the petition signed by the state president Comrade Robert Igali (JP), confirmed that there “is no faction and the association in Bayelsa state had not in any way conducted election of the comrade family and had no plans to inaugurate any new excos in the state to manage the association.

Comr Robert described members of the group claiming to be a executive members elect as “fifth columnists whose sole objective is to cause a breach of public peace.

He therefore urge the government, security agencies and general public to disregard the unnecessary reports from Mr Prince Oweibi and his cohorts,also to sleep with their eyes open in order to monitor criminal activities of Mr. prince Oweibi who is making every efforts to defraud the gullible Bayelsans.
