BREAKING: President Bola Tinubu Set to Jet-Out to Guinea-Bissau on Thursday [DETAILS]
President Bola Tinubu will travel to Bissau, Guinea-Bissau, on Thursday to join other Heads of State and Government in commemorating the country’s 50th Independence Anniversary and Armed Forces Day.
The President is expected to meet with his Guinean counterpart, President Umaro Sissoco Embalo.
“Guinea-Bissau marked its 50th Independence Anniversary on September 24, 2023, but the Government had scheduled all celebrations for November 16, 2023,” a statement by presidential spokesman Ajuri Ngelale said.
The President is scheduled to return to Nigeria on Thursday.
