IPOB: Tinubu Advised To Release Kanu To Avert Looming Danger
The founder of Peace of Yahweh Synagogue and Eastern Judaism, Daniel Sunday Onuoha, has written to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to release the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, “to avoid the impending catastrophe waiting to occur”.
Onuoha stated this on Monday in an open letter he addressed to President Tinubu. According to him, Kanu is “a prophet of the most high God on a mission”.
He recalled that he earlier advised President Tinubu to release Kanu shortly after his inauguration last year, which was not implemented.
According to him, “There is no need telling you the details of how Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was arrested/kidnapped by the previous administration of former President Muhammadu Buhari.
“The warning mandated to me by the most high God (Yahweh), some of them have taken place in milder degrees while some are yet to take place.
“The message runs as follows: that I should tell you to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, as he is a prophet of the most high God on a mission to rescue the people of Biafra and also the people of Yoruba (Oduduwa), and whoever tries to stop him will meet a brick wall. His continued detention shall spell doom to the person(s) in particular and the country in general.
“If you fail to release him, it is like detaining yourself and Nigerians because Nigeria as a country will experience harsher calamities ranging from economic, political, social woes/problems amongst others.
The existing problems in Nigeria now are part of the penalties slated to manifest but to a milder degree; but if you fail to release him, a harsher ones shall come.
“The only solution to the problems of Nigeria now is the release of Kanu from your detention facility.
“Death is another penalty the most high God asked me to tell you: death shall befall those that have hands in detaining, stopping, and refusing to release Kanu.”
He said God warned against further delay in Kanu’s release, adding that, “Let it not be like the warning I gave to erstwhile CAN president, Oritsejafor, in 2011, and also to former Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan at Aso Rock during his administration.
Both failed to implement those warnings and the consequence of that disobedience is why the country is in this bad situation, especially, the easterners.”
He recalled that former Biafran warlord, General Emeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, released Obafemi Awolowo before the Nigerian Civil War of 1967, and advised President Tinubu to “harken to the message of Yahweh”, and “act fast to avoid the upcoming calamities that shall befall the country.”
Kanu, TrackNews Online reports, is charged with terrorism, and has been in detention at the custody of the State Security Services in Abuja since 2021.
