During a visit by a CIPM delegation yesterday, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu made this known.

He stated that human development and professionalism were not only desirable, but also the most valuable asset of governance and a means of providing democracy dividends to Lagosians.

The President and Chairman of CIPM, Mr. Olusegun Mojeed, said the visit was in appreciation of the support and achievements of Sanwo-Olu’s administration.

He said the institute would invite the governor as a keynote speaker at the opening ceremony of its 54th International Conference and Exhibition (ICE) 2022 with the theme: “Leading People, Growing Nations”, scheduled to take place from October 17 to 21 at the Obi Wall International Conference Centre, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

He said CIPM believed that the conference would provide opportunity to project Lagos State as its (CIPM’s) human development partner and at the same time share the people-oriented initiatives implemented by the governor and his team to an audience of over 3,000 professionals across countries.
