Ibekimi Oriamaja Reports.

The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, today distanced itself from Simon Ekpa’s purported sit-at-home order, urging members of the public to disregard the purported order.

Ekpa, who claims to be a disciple of IPOB leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, had ordered the sit-in to protest the gruesome killing of seven wedding guests in Imo State by suspected Ebubeagu security operatives last Sunday.

IPOB claimed that Ekpa was never a member of the organization and was only used by the enemies to stymie the struggle for Biafra restoration.

The pro-Biafra movement, through its Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful, warned the public not to deal with Ekpa, claiming he is working against Biafra’s interests.

“The attention of the global movement and family of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has been drawn to the laughable, disgraceful, and unguarded statements credited to a certain “Refugees interpreter” based in Finland whose name is Simon Ekpa, through whom the Nigeria Government and enemies of Biafra had successfully launched so many tragedies and attacks against our land and people,” the statement made available to Track news read.

“The IPOB leadership has condemned the barbaric killing of 14 innocent Igbo youths by Hope Uzodimma’s Ebebuagu militia, and we have taken strategic measures to curtail the murderous activities of this Hope’s militia, but we have not called for any unauthorized sit-at-home on Friday 22nd, July 2022 in response to this murder of the innocent Imo youths.”

“We have also praised our people for their outrage at the murder of innocent youths.” We have ways of dealing with enemies in our territories without adding to the suffering of our people, who are already suffering as a result of the Nigerian government’s military siege.

“As a result, we urge our people to disregard the meaningless and senseless order from a Nigerian agent to remain at home today.”

In one of his room broadcasts, he even boasted about ending IPOB leadership. He poses as a disciple of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, but his actions and words reveal him to be a Judas who sold his Master for pieces of silver.

“Have you ever wondered why Lai Mohammed, Lauretta Onochie, Ike Ekweremadu, Nyesom Wike, and Hope Uzodinma launch media attacks on IPOB-ESN over the activities of criminal boys led by a Finnish blogger named Simon Ekpa?” Simon’s boys instill fear in the East, while government agents blame IPOB-ESN but never mention Simon Ekpa. This is how the funds set aside by these dissidents to destroy IPOB and Radio Biafra were spent.

“What this criminal does in society is commit incriminating and prosecutable activities and show evidence that benefits certain people, such as his sponsors, while our great leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu remains in DSS custody and facility.” Consider whether a criminal can steal and leave his address with his victims. The Simon’s boys kidnap and threaten people in the name of ESN.

“We hereby strongly reiterate that Simon Ekpa is not an IPOB member, an IPOB or Biafra spokesman, an IPOB family member in any family unit in Finland, and has never remitted a dime from his monthly fundraising to the Eastern Security Network” (ESN).

“As a result, we advise Simon Ekpa and his pitiful sponsors not to continue hiding under the guise of IPOB or ESN and committing all manner of crimes.”

“Simon’s Ekpa has no mandate to issue a sit-at-home order using IPOB, so our people must ignore such senseless Infiltrator’s ranting and carry on with your normal lives.”

“The IPOB leadership, the governing body, did not order a sit-in on Friday, which is tomorrow, 22nd July 2022; this will be reechoed tonight.” The DOS of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra will speak to Night; please tune in to Radio Biafra tonight, 21/07/2022, at 7:30 BT (Biafra Time).

“Biafrans, avoid predictable leads from infiltrators backed by the Nigerian government if you truly want Biafra, and avoid listening to Ekpa.” He is unaware of IPOB’s organizational structure and operations, as well as our code of conduct, chain of command, and discipline, as well as the IPOB movement’s principles.”
