When he visited Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Wednesday at his home in Abeokuta, former president Olusegun Obasanjo shared one of the jokes he had written with the APC candidate for president.

You may recall that Tinubu paid a visit to the former president on Wednesday at his Penthouse inside the grounds of the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library in One Mosan, Abeokuta.

Along with former state governors Chief Olusegun Osoba and Otunba Gbenga Daniel, Femi Otedola, a millionaire businessman, former APC temporary national chairman Chief Bisi Akande, and Femi Gbajabiamila, speaker of the House of Representatives, were in attendance with Tinubu.

Following their discussion behind closed doors, both Obasanjo and Tinubu declined to speak with the media.

While addressing the 300-member organizing committee for the installation of the new Olowu of Owu, Oba Saka Matemilola, Obasanjo claimed to have informed Tinubu that he had expanded the vocabulary of Yoruba by adding two new terms.

We now have the Olule and Emilokan vocabulary in the Yoruba lexicon, he stated. These two vocabularies are currently used frequently.

“When I questioned Bola, he chuckled. I stated that we have begun using the vocabularies, good or bad.
