You Lack Capacity To Understand Obi’s Facts And Figures – Tinubu Fired From Obi-Datti Media Team

The media team of Labour Party (LP) Presidential candidate Peter Obi has chastised the All Progressives Congress (APC) flagbearer, Bola Tinubu, for his constant verbal attacks.

According to Track News, the Obi-Datti media team was reacting to Tinubu’s claim that Obi lied about figures at a rally in Gbaramatu, Delta State, last Friday.

The APC candidate claimed that his LP counterpart provides incorrect economic statistics and arithmetic, and that he is unpopular among Nigerians.

“It is a disgrace to even mention his name. He provides incorrect economic statistics and arithmetic. Nigerians do not want this. Nigerians require honesty, they require a man who knows which path to take, and that man is me,” Tinubu stated.

In response to the comments, the Obi-Datti media team stated that it is not surprising that Tinubu cannot grasp the facts and figures provided by the LP candidate rather than mere rhetoric.

The team said in a statement released on Sunday that Tinubu and his party’s attempt to cast doubt on Obi’s informed use of statistics demonstrates that they cannot compete with him.

The team noted that Obi’s claims were verifiable and that many analysts were on them, claiming that the APC candidate couldn’t stand his opponent’s statistics.

It stated that the LP candidate was brimming with practical ideas and was demystifying electioneering rhetoric in his campaigns by using simple facts and figures.

Tinubu was described by the team as a speech-challenged contestant who cannot pronounce or spell and wishes to debate numbers, arithmetic, and statistics.

“The APC presidential candidate had said at a rally of rented crowds in Gbaramatu, Delta State, that our candidate lied with figures,” the statement reads in part, emphasizing that “a speech-challenged contestant, who cannot pronounce or spell’m.u.l.t.i.p.l.i.c.a.t.i.o.n’ and wants to argue about numbers, arithmetic, and statistics says a lot about how

“Our candidate was brimming with practical ideas and demystifying electioneering rhetoric in his campaigns by employing simple facts and figures.” Providing the figures demonstrates Peter Obi’s readiness for the high office of president if and when elected by Nigerian voters in 2023.

“We are aware of some presidential candidates’ inability to keep up with Peter Obi’s speed and depth of knowledge of issues.”

“This has resulted in a grand design to divert his attention away from issue-driven campaigns that are resonating very well with Nigerians who are ready and committed to reclaiming their country from forces that have held it down over the years.” It was dangerous to dine with the devil without a long spoon, or to run with the robber and confuse passers-by about the identity of the true thief.

“Our candidate has repeatedly stated that his claims are verifiable and has dared anyone to present contrary facts and figures.” Analysts, media outlets, and opponents have formed fact-checking units in their organizations, purportedly to refute Peter Obi’s facts and figures, but they have yet to succeed.

“The acceptable mantra is always if you can’t beat them, join them; however, in Nigerian politics, the opposite is true: if you can’t beat them, pull them down.” That is what Obi’s opponents are doing because they are unable to deal with his extensive knowledge of the economy.

“We find it extremely amusing and shameful that a candidate aspiring to lead his country has not been able to present any identifiable record of his origin, age, and educational background, and he is challenging the man who is undeniably equipped with the means to save our dear country.”

“Because the APC candidate has questionable bio-data, the electorate is unsure of his true age and health status.”
