Udengs Hails PAP Administrator Dr. Dennis Otuaro on His Birthday
The Immediate Past Bayelsa state Labour party Governorship candidate Engr Udengs Eradiri has extended birthday congratulations to the Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta Affairs and Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, Dr. Dennis Otuaro, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
