OFORJI, WIFE, OTHERS PAY LAST RESPECT TO LATE MRS OGBOGIDI.

It was the final day according to the Atissa tradition as people from all works of life gathered at Famgbe playground to pay their last respect to a nonagenarian who passed on the 25th of December, 2020.Amongst dignitaries that graced the funeral, was the member representing Yenagoa Constituency 1 in the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, Hon. Oforji Abonsizibe Oboku accompanied by his wife, Mrs Oforji Augusta.

It will be recalled that, the late nonagenarian was on the news early last year who had suffered a major disaster that got her mud house shattered by windstorm but, she however got a quick help from Hon. Oforji and family who timely built her a new home.On the entourage of the Honourable Member to pay their last respect to the late 91 year old Mama Lovina, were the Bayelsa State Local Government Service Commission Chairman, Chief Lambert Ototo, the Acting Registrar of the International Institute of Hospitality and Tourism, Dr. Ovienadu Torutein, the Vice Chairman of Yenagoa Local Government, Hon. Mandy S. Akpalo, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Capital City Development, Hon. Vure Michael, the Technical Adviser to the Governor on Sports Development, Hon. Couple Anyamalem.

Others includes the Governor Representative in Yenagoa LGA, Hon. Ayaye Obuma, the DG Center for Youths Development in Yenagoa LGA, Hon. Timipa Ile, Hon. Victor Akenge, Hon. Lecky Tamama, Hon. Austin Sambo, Hon. Ayi Aziowei, Hon. George Iwe-Ebiya, Hon. Nunieh Odede (Bayelsa State PDP Youth Leader), Hon. Abbey Memekizibe (Bayelsa State PDP Asst. Fin. Sec.) Hon. Otes Simeon (Yelga PDP Chairman), Barr. Appah Kenneth, Hon. Okilo Okuonu, Hon. Gbenizibe Ezekiel in company of other respected stakeholders from the Epie-Atissa.
