The National Executive Council and leadership of the Ogbia Brotherhood Youth Council (OBYC) Worldwide, the apex socio-cultural youth organization in Ogbia Kingdom, has felicitated with the Managing Director/CEO of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Chief Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, on the occasion of his 50th birthday.
In a statement signed by the OBYC National President, Comr. Mipuru Joe Akaragha, the youths described Dr. Ogbuku—who is also the Deputy Paramount Ruler of Ayakoro Community and the Edi (1) of Anyama Clan—as a father, leader, and compatriot whose life has been dedicated to service, transformation, and empowerment.

“Ogbia youths are immensely proud of your exploits and deliberate efforts towards the growth and sustainable development of the Ogbia Kingdom, Bayelsa State, the Niger Delta, and Nigeria at large,” the statement read.
Praying for long life, wisdom, and good health for the celebrant, OBYC described the 50th birthday as “a golden milestone for a leader whose legacy of excellence will continue to inspire generations to come.”
