Ibekimi Oriamaja Reports

According to TrackNews, Dagrin died as a result of complications from injuries sustained in a horrific car accident.

Around 3 a.m., his car collided with a stationary trailer in front of Alakara Police Station in Mushin, Lagos.

The rapper died on Wednesday, April 22nd, 2010 at the age of 26 at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, LUTH, and was buried on Friday, April 30th at the Ebony Millennium Private Vault, Atan Cemetery.

However, a surprising scenario appears to be unfolding in uSierra Leone following the release of photos of those allegedly involved in a violent protest by the country’s police.

The photos of those who allegedly took part in a violent protest last week were released by Sierra Leone Police, and late Dagrin’s photo is among them.

I openly disrespected a police officer. Daniel Benson, better known as BNXN, a Nigerian singer, has spoken out about his altercation with Nigerian police.

BNXN, formerly known as Buju, had previously stated on Twitter that he had spat on some police officers.

A viral video on social media showed the artiste fighting with some security personnel in Lagos’ Ikeja neighborhood.

Following the musician’s tweet, the Lagos State police command stated that he will be sanctioned for assaulting a law enforcement officer.

Ben Hundeyin, the State PPRO, stated that if the police officers were found guilty of any inappropriate behavior, they would be sanctioned as well.

To shed more light on the incident, BNXN took to Twitter to explain that his now-deleted tweet was a metaphor.

According to the musician, he was simply standing his ground as a responsible Nigerian.

“My since-deleted tweet stating that I spat in a police officer’s face was an idiomatic expression to say I disrespected a police officer to his face and not the literal way people on social media may have taken it,” he tweeted. I do not support any form of police violence or abuse.”
