A veteran Nigerian singer and Grammy-award winner, David Adeleke, professionally called Davido, has hinted that the news coming in across Osun State in the ongoing gubernatorial election on Saturday favours the Peoples Democratic Party.
The DMW boss urged the voters in the state to be watchful, claiming that the election was rigged around this period in the 2018 election.
Davido called on electorates who have not voted to come out and vote for the governorship candidate of PDP, Ademola Adeleke, who is his uncle.
The singer added that more vote is needed as the voting period is closed to ending.
As seen on a post in his verified Twitter handle, Davido writes: “Remember this is the critical period!! It was this time 4 years ago. Around 1 pm that they started their mischief.
“Everyone be vigilant. Come out and vote and defend your votes until the end! Be alert! We have waited 4 years for this moment!
“All the info coming in is looking very good for PDP and it is making APC jittery and desperate. Please tell our people that are yet to vote that every vote is needed. Everyone needs to go out to vote now.”
