Recall our earlier reports that the “zazzu” music crooner, Habeeb Okikiola known as Portable had been drumming support for Gov. Oyetola of the PDP before the conduct of the election on Saturday.
Now that Adeleke has emerged and defeat the incumbent Governor, the fans of the Grammy-award winner and DMW boss, David, has been launching mockery to hit Portable.
Our Correspondent, Mr. Mohammed Oluwatimileyin Taoheed, says this is because Senator Ademola Adeleke is an uncle to the afro-beat legend, Davido.
Track News Nigeria gathered that Portable had a few days ago before the election, joined the All Progressives Congress, APC, to campaign for Oyetola in Osun state and on all social media handles, claiming that he was paid by the ruling party to do so.
Portable released a video on Instagram where he was with Oyetola declaring support for him on the APC bidding.
In another picture of him and supporters, he wrote: “Akoi APC, Akoi Oyetola lekan si. 4+4=8. O ti lo.”
While it appeard like a moral support for Davido to pitch for Adeleke in his political ventures, Portable sees his own adventure as a way of making money and doubling his hustle as the slang always goes.
But, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has been declared the winner of the Osun governorship held on Saturday, July 16, 2022.
Adeleke polled PDP 403,371 to defeat Oyetola and the APC with 375,027 votes, while Lasun Yusuf of Labour Party, LP polled 2,729.
Following the development, Portable is currently trending as many dragged him for betraying the singer.
