TRACKING >>The President of Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide Barr Oweilaemi Pereotubo who also doubles as the President General of Niger Delta Ethnic Presidents, while speaking on behalf of the Youths of Niger Delta during interactive session asked for clarification on the Volunteer payment if it will continue or not and the completion of the First Batch payment, he also made an appeal to the Acting MD for the Commission to include Scholarships within Nigerian Universities in addition to their ongoing postgraduates foreign Scholarship Program.
In response Professor, Brambaifa the Acting MD assured the Youths of Niger Delta and the stakeholders present that the Commission under his Watch will continue with the Niger Delta Youth Empowerment Volunteer payment and also will present the issue of scholarships within Nigerian Universities to the Board in their next meeting for consideration and possible inclusion to assist Niger Delta Youths within Nigerian Universities.
