The former lawmaker representing Kaduna Central Senatorial district, Shehu Sani has reacted to the statement of the General overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye on the 2023 elections.

This is coming after Adeboye said he does not know if the 2023 general election will hold as scheduled.

He further stated that God has not spoken to him if the 2023 general election will hold.

Adeboye added that God might still speak to him about the election.

Sani in his reaction to the statement of the cleric described it as a missile.

The former lawmaker in a post on Twitter wrote, “When I saw the missiles I thought it was from Bishop Kukah or Father Mbaka then I found out it’s from Pastor Adeboye.

“Many religious clergies lose their gospel voice or dilutes their sermons when the oppressor is of their faith or denomination.”

With the 2023 general election close by, numerous politicians have expressed their interest to contest for the highest political office in the country.

The likes of Bola Tinubu, Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, Bukola Saraki, and Yahaya Bello have expressed interest to contest in the election.
