2023: Amaechi Was Buhari’s Plan A, But He Has Shifted To Plan B, Osinbajo – Reno Omokri Alleges
The former special assistant to former president Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri, has made an important claim ahead of the 2023 presidential election, making it known that former Rivers State Governor, Rotimi Amaechi was President Buhari’s plan A, till the day he blamed the presidency for not preventing the Abuja-Kaduna train bombing.
According to a tweet he made on his verified twitter handle, Reno Omokri stated that the Former Governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi was President Buhari’s plan A, but he had a volte face after Amaechi blamed presidency for not approving his memo for the Abuja-Kaduna train bomb.
Speaking further, the former presidential spokesperson claimed that Buhari felt that Amaechi would do more if he eventually gets power, therefore he shifted to plan B, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
It should be recalled that after the train bombing which occurred few weeks ago, Transportation Minister, Rotimi Amaechi came out publicly and blamed presidency for not doing what he asked them to do, in order to prevent the bombing.
Based on this particular claim that was made by Reno Omokri, we have to wait patiently till 2023, so as to know the person that eventually emerge as APC’s presidential candidate.
