APC chieftain tells Kaduna residents that security challenges will soon be over
A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Dr Abdullahi Tanimu, has assured Kaduna residents that the current security challenges bedevilling the state would soon be over.
Dr. Tanimu, a former local government administrator of the state who spoke to journalists in Kaduna on Friday, noted that the current onslaught against banditry and various criminals in the state is yielding positive results, adding that many residents of the state have started seeing the positive effect as kidnapping and killings or demanding for ransom is gradually declining.
“We have all witnessed, in the last four months, the gradual decrease in criminal cases, kidnapping, demands for ransom and various forms of criminals in the state.
“This is because the security agents did not give criminals a breathen space. The joint efforts of military, paramilitary and other security agencies is yielding a good result,” he said.
Dr. Tanimu, while expressing hope that the bandit attacks would be reduced to the barest minimum, praised the joint efforts of military, paramilitary and other security agencies, which has made life easier for the state’s residents
