Muhammed Suleiman, Youth Leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has stated that former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, the party’s presidential candidate for 2023, will provide good governance.

He stated this on Wednesday in Abuja at the PDP North Central Zonal Youth Summit 2022, which had the theme Mainstreaming Youth Energies Towards Electoral Victories for the Party in 2023 and Beyond.

“I’m not sure why some of our leaders promote divisiveness, ethnicity, and religious bigotry,” he said. The APC campaign was founded on ethnicity in 2015, and it will continue to hunt them in 2023.

Regardless of tribe or religion, the PDP National Youth Leader urged Nigerians to elect leaders who have the capacity to deliver.

He described Atiku as a leader who possesses the qualities and experience needed to provide good governance.

Sulieman “We must acknowledge our differences.” We must recognize that God knows why he has brought us together. That is why, even back in 2011, I supported Atiku Abubakar because he believed in a united Nigeria. I am deeply committed to good governance. And I believe that only the PDP and Atiku are capable of delivering.

“Youths have been pushed to the margins,” he continued. We always contribute 60 to 70 percent of the votes in almost all elections in this country. We talked extensively with our presidential candidate, and he promised to give us 40% of his appointment.

“Anyone who wishes to assist him should return to his ward.” Even in terms of polling units, I believe that is a significant improvement. I must commend the leaders of the north-central, because the PDP will take over the North Central in 2023, based on what we are hearing and seeing from the information that is reaching us.

“I believe the PDP will win all of the North Central states.” But we must make an effort. We must climb to the top. We must communicate with voters in their language. Let us not focus on social media campaigns; the majority of voters require transmission media to reach them.”
