Chief Diekivie Ikiogha, former Commissioner for Agriculture and Natural Resources in Bayelsa State, has dumped the All Progressives Congress (APC) and returned to the fold of the PDP.
Receiving Chief Ikiogha at a rally in Kpansia, Yenagoa this afternoon, Governor Diri, said PDP remains the choice of the people and that the Epie-born politician and former Chief of Staff had taken a good step to support “my re-election as Governor” of the State.
Chief Ikiogha led thousands of his supporters in the APC back to the PDP.
The State Chairman of PDP, Chief Solomon Agwana, assured Chief Ikiogha and others that all their rights and privileges had been restored.
